Which platforms do you list on?

The launch plan can include Airbnb, Booking.com and other suitable short-let or mid-stay platforms. Calendar controls are used to reduce the risk of conflicting reservations.

Is my property safe with guests?

Screening can include platform identity checks, review history, booking purpose, group size and signs of higher-risk behaviour. Sensible rules, clear communication and post-stay checks help reduce avoidable problems.

What if something breaks during a stay?

Hostable coordinates the practical response, keeps you informed and arranges maintenance where needed. Guest-caused damage is handled through the relevant platform or agreed process where possible.

Can I still use my property myself?

Yes. Owner stays can be blocked in the calendar, subject to existing bookings and the terms agreed for the property.

How and when do I get paid?

Owner reporting is intended to show bookings, revenue, relevant costs and monthly payout information in a clear format. The exact payout timing is confirmed in the management agreement.

Do I need to provide linen and toiletries?

Guest-ready homes need suitable linen, towels, toiletries and consumables. Hostable can coordinate the practical setup and ongoing replenishment, with costs shown clearly in the proposal.
